Satoshi Furuichi Receives JIPA Distinguished Service Award

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Satoshi Furuichi, our patent attorney, has received the Distinguished Service Award from the Japan Intellectual Property Association (JIPA) in recognition of his decades-long contributions as an instructor in its training programs.

Mr. Furuichi has served as an instructor for over ten years for the course, “Key points for Reviewing English Patent Specifications”.

This course is offered to Japanese patent practitioners who handle overseas patent applications, with a focus on practical guidance for reviewing English-language patent specifications, particularly in the context of translating Japanese patent documents into English.
The course covers key points such as:
