Dr. Miyano engages in domestic and international patent prosecution in the fields of non-metallic materials, inorganic chemistry, and organic chemistry, and mainly handles cases related to metals, ceramics, and polymers.
In his previous career, Dr. Miyano was involved in the development of ceramic materials at a manufacturer of products for internal combustion engines. He was primarily responsible for the analysis of the structure and chemical state of materials.
In graduate school, he obtained experience in material evaluation using synchrotron radiation measurements.
