Mr. Horiuchi specializes in the fields of machinery and structures. In particular, he mainly handles cases related to livingware, office machines, material processing machinery, precision instruments, production and assembly machinery, packaging and containers, and plants.
Mr. Horiuchi has more than 20 years of experience in IP practice, and in addition to patent prosecution, he handles a wide range of IP work such as oppositions, opinions, invalidation trials, suits against trial decisions, and invention discovery.
Mr. Horiuchi also has 10 years of experience working in the design and development of industrial robots which he attained at an electronics manufacturer.
