Tokyo and Osaka District Courts began to adopt a new IP mediation procedure on October 1, 2019, which is highly specific to Japanese courts. You or your non-Japanese clients might be a claimant or an opponent in IP mediation in Japanese courts. In this Webinar, we will explain the unique features of IP mediation in Japanese courts in detail and introduce our suggestions on suitable or non-suitable cases for IP mediation.
