Outline of the Webinar
In response to an increase of the number of trademark applications designating goods or services relating to metaverse and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), the Japan Patent Office (JPO) published guidelines on descriptions of such goods and services.
In this webinar, Tomohiro Gyoda, a patent and trademark attorney with a rich experience in trademark matters in the field of information technology, will explain what kinds of descriptions are accepted by the JPO and similarity of goods and services relating to metaverse and NFTs.
