A Japanese design application is allowed to contain only one design. In some countries, it is possible to contain multiple designs or embodiments in one application. It would be desirable to understand the unity requirement in Japan in order to appropriately file Japanese design applications claiming priority based on the priority application with multiple designs/embodiments.
