Outline of the Webinar
The Japanese Design Law has been revised and the requirements for enjoying the grace period will be relaxed. The revision will come into effect on January 1, 2024.
Mr. Tomohiro Gyoda, who is well experienced in the grace period for designs, will explain how the practice will change and information applicants should know in order to successfully register designs by using the grace period in Japan.
