This presentation introduces expression of claims and reasons for rejection specific to Japan.
In particular, regarding expression of claims, disclaimer (negative limitation) will be presented.
Regarding reasons for rejection, practice of lack of unity of invention in Japan will be compared with the U.S. and Europe.
